Important Information
Please note that Evelyn & James does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. During busy periods, our warehouse is located in China. Return shipping costs to this warehouse are approximately 20–25 GBP.

Is it possible to return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Return Conditions
All returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must include all original parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition. Damage caused by careless handling is excluded.

  • Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear to be used or damaged beyond our control.

Return Processing
Returns are processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.

How can I return my order?
To initiate a return, please send an email to support@evelynandjames.uk including the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photo of the product

  • First name and last name

  • Customer address

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address. Please do not return items to the sender address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy
Order cancellation is possible within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible as the order enters processing immediately due to our automated system.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days from the date the order was placed.

Because orders are processed automatically, we cannot stop shipments once processing has begun. If goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until delivery and then initiate a return if applicable.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Evelyn & James by email with a clear statement. Withdrawal is completed once the returned goods are received. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Please note that shipments from Asia may have longer transit times.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged or faulty items, please contact our customer service team and include clear photos and a description of the issue. If the issue is determined to be our fault, we will send replacement items free of charge.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received, excluding delivery costs and any supplementary delivery charges. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we are informed of your decision and after receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fees will be charged.

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer’s expense. The return address will be provided once the return request is approved.
